In 2022, Access to Information Programme continues with a series of free webinars titled "The Access to Public Information Act - procedures, obligations and implementation" which were initiated in September 2021.

The webinar is designated for public officials within the executive who are responsible for receiving and handling the access to public information requests. The webinar will be held separately for each of Bulgaria's 27 regions. In 2021, a team of AIP experts held presentations via Zoom for the regions of Ruse, Silistra, Vidin, Dobrich, Razgrad, Varna and Shumen. Set for January 2022 are the regions of Blagoevgrad and Kyustendil.

The AIP lecturers - Executive director Gergana Jouleva and the attorneys-at-law Stephan Anguelov and Kiril Terziiski - touch on the following topics: changes in the Access to Public Information Act (APIA); development and trends in the active transparency of institutions; re-use of public sector information; restrictions on the right to access to information. The lecturers answer  general APIA questions as well as questions related to specific cases from the practice of APIA's implementation by public officials.
